Today, in our country,technical education for working level personnel is being provided by educational institutes, ITIs and Polytechnics. Such institutes provide general education in various fields to the students with a motive of preparing them for a wide range of industries. In most cases these students, when employed, are not in a position to discharge their duties unless they get further hands-on-training.
